Welcome to "When Heaven Shakes"

Hebrews 12:25-29 says:
See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, whose voice then shook the earth;
but now He has promised, saying "Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven."
Now this, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
For our God is a consuming fire.
The earth is shaking. It is time to wake up! For, soon, God will shake the heavens, too! The Lord is returning swiftly, and it is up to us to decide what we are going to do with the little time we have left. May we be grounded firmly in our Lord, so that we may not be shaken!

I don't know exactly how much time we have left. No one can know the day or the hour. But we can know the season, and all signs indicate that that season is now. All I know is that I have felt immensely burdened by the Lord in recent months to speak truth about His coming and about the calling upon each of us to walk in a way worthy of the times in which we live. I believed for a time that I was being called to write a book, but every time I would sit down to try and write, I would find myself blogging instead. And I have felt the Lord telling me over and over, "You don't have time to finish a book. The world wouldn't get it in time."

And so I blog. And I pray that the words I write here would be used by God to help rally the troops. It's time to wake up, church! It's time to realize the battle that is being fought around us:
 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Eph. 6:12
The enemy knows that he is running out of time and he is working all the harder because of it:
Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. 1 Pet. 5:8
But the Lord is moving as well, and He is turning hearts to Himself in astonishing numbers in every corner of the earth. A final wave of revival is coming. So, let's lay down our idols. Let's put on our armour and pick up our swords! Let us not be caught sleeping! We cannot waste our time, our energy, or our hearts on the things of this world for one more second. We just don't have the time!

Let's be about the Father's business, and let's help one another in love to accomplish His work!
